Patanjali and the Stages of Meditation

Befriend your mind.  Experience the profound, yet subtle unfolding as one progresses from concentration (dharana) through meditation (dhyana) to culminate in the bliss of absorption (samadhi).  By the grace of Kundalini Yoga, this workshop acquaints participants with distinct spaces in the inner universe of meditation and improves the capacity to bring the mind to stillness.  Accessible, enjoyable and open to all!
