Experience the gentle Pregnancy Yoga and beautiful Egyptian Belly Dance. Practice specific poses, meditations and belly dance movements to open up the hips, strengthen the body and reduce pain during pregnancy and labor. This class is unique combination of movement, breathing techniques, music and mantras (sound currents) which will assist you in finding inner peace, calmness, focus, beauty and prepare you for birth. Designed to nurture the feminine spirit in all women.

Special Saturday 1/21/12:  The 11 AM open class invites pregnant (as well as non-pregnant) students to a fun class taught by Ashram Director and Conscious Pregnancy trainer Awtar Kaur Khalsa.
